Pilea 'Quieta' care

Pilea 'Quieta' rewards a patient owner: it grows as an upright clump and asks mostly to be left alone.

Position it in bright indirect light and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. Water sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

Keep it at occasional misting in dry rooms; pot it in a free-draining cactus-leaning mix and refresh the top layer each spring. It responds visibly to a monthly feed through the growing season.
