Pilea 'Perlata-quieta' care
Among the quieter members of the genus, Pilea 'Perlata-quieta' forms a slow climber and settles quickly indoors.
Position it in morning sun with afternoon shade and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. It prefers to be watered sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.
Aim for average room humidity and use coco coir with added bark — roots here want air as much as water. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
