Pilea 'Opaline-viridis' care
Pilea 'Opaline-viridis' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a vining spreader and asks mostly to be left alone.
Position it in bright indirect light and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. Water weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.
Aim for average room humidity and use standard mix cut with a third perlite — roots here want air as much as water. New leaves emerge paler and darken over their first fortnight.
