Pilea 'Nocturne-silvergleam' care

Pilea 'Nocturne-silvergleam' rewards a patient owner: it grows as an upright clump and asks mostly to be left alone.

Position it in morning sun with afternoon shade and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. Water little and often, keeping the mix barely moist; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

Keep it at a pebble tray in heated rooms; pot it in a free-draining cactus-leaning mix and refresh the top layer each spring. Under good conditions it may flower indoors, though the foliage is the point.
