Pilea 'Cascadia-duskwell' care

Among the quieter members of the genus, Pilea 'Cascadia-duskwell' forms a compact rosette and settles quickly indoors.

Position it in bright light with no direct midday sun and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. Water when the leaves just begin to soften; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

Aim for a pebble tray in heated rooms and use coco coir with added bark — roots here want air as much as water. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
