Maranta 'Perlata-silvergleam' care

Maranta 'Perlata-silvergleam' is a forgiving choice for most rooms, developing a slow climber within its first year.

It does best in bright light with no direct midday sun, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. Water little and often, keeping the mix barely moist; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

Aim for 55% humidity or higher and use a chunky aroid mix — roots here want air as much as water. It responds visibly to a monthly feed through the growing season.
