Begonia 'Aurora-opaline' care
Begonia 'Aurora-opaline' is a forgiving choice for most rooms, developing a compact rosette within its first year.
It does best in bright light with no direct midday sun, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. It prefers to be watered when the top third of the mix is dry, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.
It is happiest at a humid corner or grouped planting, potted in a chunky aroid mix. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
