Alocasia 'Opaline-wrenfeather' care

Alocasia 'Opaline-wrenfeather' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a slow climber and asks mostly to be left alone.

Give it bright indirect light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

It is happiest at 55% humidity or higher, potted in standard mix cut with a third perlite. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
