Alocasia 'Lucida-minima' care
Alocasia 'Lucida-minima' rewards a patient owner: it grows as an upright clump and asks mostly to be left alone.
Give it low to medium light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. It prefers to be watered sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.
Keep it at average room humidity; pot it in standard mix cut with a third perlite and refresh the top layer each spring. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
