Alocasia 'Borealis-duskwell' care

Collectors know Alocasia 'Borealis-duskwell' for its steady pace; it keeps an upright clump even in imperfect corners.

Give it bright light with no direct midday sun; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water when the leaves just begin to soften. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

It is happiest at occasional misting in dry rooms, potted in standard mix cut with a third perlite. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
