Alocasia 'Argentea-silvergleam' care

Among the quieter members of the genus, Alocasia 'Argentea-silvergleam' forms a slow climber and settles quickly indoors.

Give it low to medium light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water little and often, keeping the mix barely moist; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

Keep it at average room humidity; pot it in rich, moisture-retentive mix and refresh the top layer each spring. It responds visibly to a monthly feed through the growing season.
