Alocasia 'Argentea-opaline' care

Alocasia 'Argentea-opaline' is a forgiving choice for most rooms, developing an upright clump within its first year.

Position it in bright light with no direct midday sun and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. It prefers to be watered when the top third of the mix is dry, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.

It is happiest at a humid corner or grouped planting, potted in a free-draining cactus-leaning mix. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
