Tradescantia 'Duskwell' care

Tradescantia 'Duskwell' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a vining spreader and asks mostly to be left alone.

It does best in low to medium light, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. Water when the leaves just begin to soften; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

It is happiest at occasional misting in dry rooms, potted in rich, moisture-retentive mix. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
