Tradescantia 'Duskwell-viridis' care
Tradescantia 'Duskwell-viridis' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a trailing habit and asks mostly to be left alone.
Give it morning sun with afternoon shade; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.
Keep it at a humid corner or grouped planting; pot it in standard mix cut with a third perlite and refresh the top layer each spring. Under good conditions it may flower indoors, though the foliage is the point.
