Tradescantia 'Borealis-minima' care

Among the quieter members of the genus, Tradescantia 'Borealis-minima' forms a slow climber and settles quickly indoors.

Position it in medium filtered light and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. It prefers to be watered little and often, keeping the mix barely moist, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.

It is happiest at occasional misting in dry rooms, potted in a chunky aroid mix. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
