Tradescantia 'Aurora-velutina' care

Tradescantia 'Aurora-velutina' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a vining spreader and asks mostly to be left alone.

Give it low to medium light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water little and often, keeping the mix barely moist. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

It is happiest at average room humidity, potted in coco coir with added bark. Under good conditions it may flower indoors, though the foliage is the point.
