Scindapsus 'Halcyon' care

Scindapsus 'Halcyon' is a forgiving choice for most rooms, developing a slow climber within its first year.

Give it bright light with no direct midday sun; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

It is happiest at average room humidity, potted in standard mix cut with a third perlite. Under good conditions it may flower indoors, though the foliage is the point.
