Scindapsus 'Lucida-tessera' care

Scindapsus 'Lucida-tessera' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a compact rosette and asks mostly to be left alone.

Give it medium filtered light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. It prefers to be watered little and often, keeping the mix barely moist, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.

Aim for average room humidity and use standard mix cut with a third perlite — roots here want air as much as water. It responds visibly to a monthly feed through the growing season.
