Scindapsus 'Brevifolia' care

Among the quieter members of the genus, Scindapsus 'Brevifolia' forms a slow climber and settles quickly indoors.

Give it morning sun with afternoon shade; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water when the leaves just begin to soften; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

It is happiest at a pebble tray in heated rooms, potted in standard mix cut with a third perlite. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
