Dieffenbachia 'Minima-quieta' care

Dieffenbachia 'Minima-quieta' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a vining spreader and asks mostly to be left alone.

Give it medium filtered light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

Aim for 55% humidity or higher and use coco coir with added bark — roots here want air as much as water. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
