Dieffenbachia 'Ember-wrenfeather' care

Among the quieter members of the genus, Dieffenbachia 'Ember-wrenfeather' forms a slow climber and settles quickly indoors.

Position it in low to medium light and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. Water sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

Aim for average room humidity and use a chunky aroid mix — roots here want air as much as water. It responds visibly to a monthly feed through the growing season.
