Dieffenbachia 'Duskwell-velutina' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a trailing habit and asks mostly to be left alone.

Position it in bright light with no direct midday sun and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. It prefers to be watered little and often, keeping the mix barely moist, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.

Keep it at average room humidity; pot it in coco coir with added bark and refresh the top layer each spring. It responds visibly to a monthly feed through the growing season.
