Dieffenbachia 'Borealis' care

Collectors know Dieffenbachia 'Borealis' for its steady pace; it keeps a vining spreader even in imperfect corners.

Position it in low to medium light and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. It prefers to be watered sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.

Aim for a pebble tray in heated rooms and use coco coir with added bark — roots here want air as much as water. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
