Dieffenbachia 'Aurora-brevifolia' care

Collectors know Dieffenbachia 'Aurora-brevifolia' for its steady pace; it keeps a trailing habit even in imperfect corners.

Give it low to medium light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water when the top third of the mix is dry. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

It is happiest at average room humidity, potted in a free-draining cactus-leaning mix. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
