Aglaonema 'Tessera-viridis' care

Among the quieter members of the genus, Aglaonema 'Tessera-viridis' forms a slow climber and settles quickly indoors.

Give it bright indirect light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water when the top third of the mix is dry. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

Keep it at a humid corner or grouped planting; pot it in coco coir with added bark and refresh the top layer each spring. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
