Aglaonema 'Brevifolia-lucida' care

Among the quieter members of the genus, Aglaonema 'Brevifolia-lucida' forms a trailing habit and settles quickly indoors.

Give it medium filtered light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

Aim for a humid corner or grouped planting and use a chunky aroid mix — roots here want air as much as water. It responds visibly to a monthly feed through the growing season.
