Philodendron 'Quieta-stellata' care
Among the quieter members of the genus, Philodendron 'Quieta-stellata' forms a compact rosette and settles quickly indoors.
It does best in bright light with no direct midday sun, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. Water when the top third of the mix is dry; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.
Keep it at a humid corner or grouped planting; pot it in standard mix cut with a third perlite and refresh the top layer each spring. New leaves emerge paler and darken over their first fortnight.
