Philodendron 'Halcyon-minima' care

Collectors know Philodendron 'Halcyon-minima' for its steady pace; it keeps an upright clump even in imperfect corners.

Give it bright light with no direct midday sun; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. It prefers to be watered little and often, keeping the mix barely moist, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.

Aim for a humid corner or grouped planting and use coco coir with added bark — roots here want air as much as water. It responds visibly to a monthly feed through the growing season.
