Peperomia 'Marmorata-silvergleam' care

Peperomia 'Marmorata-silvergleam' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a compact rosette and asks mostly to be left alone.

Give it bright light with no direct midday sun; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

Keep it at a humid corner or grouped planting; pot it in standard mix cut with a third perlite and refresh the top layer each spring. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
