Ficus 'Ember-silvergleam' care

Collectors know Ficus 'Ember-silvergleam' for its steady pace; it keeps a vining spreader even in imperfect corners.

It does best in bright indirect light, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. Water when the top third of the mix is dry; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

It is happiest at a pebble tray in heated rooms, potted in a free-draining cactus-leaning mix. Under good conditions it may flower indoors, though the foliage is the point.
