Ctenanthe 'Nocturne-silvergleam' care
Among the quieter members of the genus, Ctenanthe 'Nocturne-silvergleam' forms a slow climber and settles quickly indoors.
Position it in low to medium light and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. It prefers to be watered when the leaves just begin to soften, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.
Keep it at a humid corner or grouped planting; pot it in coco coir with added bark and refresh the top layer each spring. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
