Ctenanthe 'Minima-vireo' care
Among the quieter members of the genus, Ctenanthe 'Minima-vireo' forms an upright clump and settles quickly indoors.
Position it in morning sun with afternoon shade and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. Water weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.
Keep it at a humid corner or grouped planting; pot it in rich, moisture-retentive mix and refresh the top layer each spring. New leaves emerge paler and darken over their first fortnight.
