Ctenanthe 'Argentea-cascadia' care

Collectors know Ctenanthe 'Argentea-cascadia' for its steady pace; it keeps a vining spreader even in imperfect corners.

Give it morning sun with afternoon shade; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water little and often, keeping the mix barely moist. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

It is happiest at a pebble tray in heated rooms, potted in a chunky aroid mix. It responds visibly to a monthly feed through the growing season.
