Sansevieria 'Vireo' care

Sansevieria 'Vireo' is a forgiving choice for most rooms, developing a vining spreader within its first year.

Position it in bright light with no direct midday sun and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. Water when the top third of the mix is dry; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

Keep it at average room humidity; pot it in rich, moisture-retentive mix and refresh the top layer each spring. Under good conditions it may flower indoors, though the foliage is the point.
