Sansevieria 'Nocturne' care

Sansevieria 'Nocturne' is a forgiving choice for most rooms, developing a compact rosette within its first year.

Position it in morning sun with afternoon shade and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. Water when the leaves just begin to soften; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

Aim for average room humidity and use a free-draining cactus-leaning mix — roots here want air as much as water. Under good conditions it may flower indoors, though the foliage is the point.
