Sansevieria 'Borealis-wrenfeather' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a trailing habit and asks mostly to be left alone.

It does best in morning sun with afternoon shade, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. Water weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

Aim for 55% humidity or higher and use coco coir with added bark — roots here want air as much as water. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
