Sansevieria 'Aurora-tessera' care

Sansevieria 'Aurora-tessera' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a vining spreader and asks mostly to be left alone.

It does best in low to medium light, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. Water little and often, keeping the mix barely moist. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

Keep it at average room humidity; pot it in standard mix cut with a third perlite and refresh the top layer each spring. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
