Monstera 'Cascadia-velutina' care
Monstera 'Cascadia-velutina' rewards a patient owner: it grows as an upright clump and asks mostly to be left alone.
Position it in morning sun with afternoon shade and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. It prefers to be watered when the leaves just begin to soften, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.
Aim for 55% humidity or higher and use coco coir with added bark — roots here want air as much as water. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
