Monstera 'Cascadia-halcyon' care

Among the quieter members of the genus, Monstera 'Cascadia-halcyon' forms an upright clump and settles quickly indoors.

It does best in bright light with no direct midday sun, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. Water sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

Aim for occasional misting in dry rooms and use coco coir with added bark — roots here want air as much as water. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
