Hoya 'Vireo-viridis' care

Among the quieter members of the genus, Hoya 'Vireo-viridis' forms a trailing habit and settles quickly indoors.

It does best in bright light with no direct midday sun, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. It prefers to be watered weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.

It is happiest at average room humidity, potted in a free-draining cactus-leaning mix. New leaves emerge paler and darken over their first fortnight.
