Hoya 'Silvergleam-umbra' care
Among the quieter members of the genus, Hoya 'Silvergleam-umbra' forms an upright clump and settles quickly indoors.
Give it low to medium light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water when the leaves just begin to soften. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.
It is happiest at a pebble tray in heated rooms, potted in standard mix cut with a third perlite. Under good conditions it may flower indoors, though the foliage is the point.
