Hoya 'Opaline-umbra' care
Hoya 'Opaline-umbra' rewards a patient owner: it grows as a vining spreader and asks mostly to be left alone.
Give it medium filtered light; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.
It is happiest at average room humidity, potted in standard mix cut with a third perlite. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
