Hoya 'Brevifolia-seraphine' care
Among the quieter members of the genus, Hoya 'Brevifolia-seraphine' forms a vining spreader and settles quickly indoors.
Give it bright light with no direct midday sun; leaf colour fades noticeably in darker spots. Water sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.
Aim for a pebble tray in heated rooms and use a free-draining cactus-leaning mix — roots here want air as much as water. New leaves emerge paler and darken over their first fortnight.
