Dracaena 'Halcyon-umbra' care

Among the quieter members of the genus, Dracaena 'Halcyon-umbra' forms a vining spreader and settles quickly indoors.

Position it in bright light with no direct midday sun and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. Water sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

It is happiest at 55% humidity or higher, potted in a chunky aroid mix. Propagation is straightforward from stem cuttings rooted in water.
