Dracaena 'Borealis-tessera' care

Collectors know Dracaena 'Borealis-tessera' for its steady pace; it keeps a slow climber even in imperfect corners.

It does best in bright light with no direct midday sun, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. Water when the leaves just begin to soften. Yellowing lower leaves almost always mean too much, not too little.

It is happiest at average room humidity, potted in coco coir with added bark. It responds visibly to a monthly feed through the growing season.
