Collectors know Dracaena 'Borealis-silvergleam' for its steady pace; it keeps an upright clump even in imperfect corners.

It does best in bright indirect light, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. Water weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter; the fastest way to lose one is a saucer left full.

Aim for average room humidity and use standard mix cut with a third perlite — roots here want air as much as water. It is mildly irritating to pets if chewed, so shelve it accordingly.
