Anthurium 'Umbra' care

Collectors know Anthurium 'Umbra' for its steady pace; it keeps a slow climber even in imperfect corners.

Position it in low to medium light and rotate the pot monthly for even growth. It prefers to be watered sparingly, letting the pot dry almost through, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.

It is happiest at a humid corner or grouped planting, potted in a chunky aroid mix. New leaves emerge paler and darken over their first fortnight.
