Anthurium 'Brevifolia-nocturne' care
Anthurium 'Brevifolia-nocturne' is a forgiving choice for most rooms, developing an upright clump within its first year.
It does best in bright indirect light, though it tolerates brief departures without sulking. It prefers to be watered weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter, and it will forgive a missed week far better than a doubled one.
Keep it at 55% humidity or higher; pot it in standard mix cut with a third perlite and refresh the top layer each spring. Under good conditions it may flower indoors, though the foliage is the point.
